We will explore the mind, body and soul triad in man and how one must work on developing both the spiritual and the human side of our existence in order to awaken.We will practice an open eyes meditation to create presence and feeling one’s soul and discuss the many ways that we can achieve this coveted state of inner peace, unity, love and acceptance.
