Sometimes When We Are Stretched ...

Sometimes when we are stretched
beyond our endurance,
and realize the limits of our extreme efforts,
it is then at that moment when aid arrives
when we are best able to appreciate and make use of the gift.
Somehow our efforts,
although seemingly so inadequate,
call the help of the gods.
But like with Jesus,
we have to endure the crucifixion first.

Where There Is Love...

Where there is love,
God is within us.
Wherever we see something beautiful.
God is there.
God made all that is beautiful;
it is man who makes ugliness.
Real love does not stop at a person or an object;
if it is real it goes on to God.
Nothing real ever disappears.
If it disappears it is not real.
What is not true always disappears for it has never been.

For Me...

For me when a very strong identification
of a feature arises,
the 'setting of intention' is to get back to a state of presence.
'Stay in the room' is one of the first tactics,
to stop the mind following its imaginations.
Also to hold on for 72 hours
before responding/speaking if others are involved.
'Do no harm' while in negative emotion states.

I Have Received...

I have received so much help in my life.
My prayers have been answered
too many times to count
and there is almost no way I can ever repay.
But even though I have received so much help
it is only me that can do my Work.
I become the denying force when the help received.
Will I make the efforts needed?
So receiving help is magical and miraculous
but we still have to walk the walk -
to make the sacrifices needed to serve the intention we have set.
Sometimes it's easy, other times, not so much.
But asking for help is so important,
but following through is our part of the bargain.

Be Not The Slave ...

Ivan Grozdanovski

Be not the slave of your own past.
Plunge into the sublime seas,
dive deep and swim far,
so you shall come back with self-respect,
with new power,
with an advanced experience
that shall explain and overlook the old.

I Need To Remember...

I need to remember when the storm approaches
or perhaps if no warning is upon me,
that the storm is part of nature.
It is safest not to anchor to a dock in the harbor,
afraid of the incoming waves,
but to release and go into the tormenting sea,
roll with the waves until they subside.
Otherwise, if I identify with resistance to the storm by anchoring
I will perish with the other boats and wrecked harbor.

I Have Been Verifying...

Belinda Colozzi

I have been verifying that there is an aspect of the machine
that feeds on negativity.
For example,
having a queen of hearts attack
brings quite a rush of energy to the machine.
But then, it is so terribly draining afterwards.
Anytime features sweep us away
we drain the higher energies.

Yesterday I Noticed...

Henry Meynell Rheam

Yesterday I noticed that I was asleep to time.
This feeling was in me that when I am not present
I do really believe my time on this earth in this body
is not going to end.
It all is so dreamy to be in such a state as if under a spell.
Very much like our fairytale Sleeping Beauty.
I am grateful for the supernatural grace
that perhaps
has lifted the spell from me for the moment.
I feel more awake to life for this moment
and the element of time as I wish to follow
the unfolding of the recent realization.

It Is Best...

I Used To Smoke...

 I used to smoke cigarettes
and when there was emotional discomfort experienced
they would be used as a buffer.
On cessation of the smoking,
the emotions without this buffer kept going,
further and deeper in penetration and strength.
It was holding on to presence
that was the main tool to ride the emotional waves.
But still, other buffers are created over time
and sometimes being present to emotions
can be very difficult and painful even with presence
if there is real suffering also.
But herein lies the possibilities of transmutation
and the progress of regeneration -
or you could perhaps say the growth of the soul,
the molecular world.

If We Can Learn...

If we can learn to make of our lives an art form,
by imitating and embodying higher energy
in whatever way our essence points,
we have the hope
of gathering a bit of the energy
which makes regeneration possible.

To Be More Open...

Jessica Brown

(Aim) To be more open to seeing the golden thread
that exists between all people,
animals, things in nature
and not to be distracted by the separation
that my mind sometimes creates.
