When we are not aware of where our attention is directed,
we drift...we lose myself. Life draws us in
and uses up the energies needed to connect
with something Higher.
An effort is needed, a subtle shift within
that keeps one centered and focused. We can feel ourself being attentive,
opening up the space for the Higher (God) to enter.
