William Blake
“All of the Renaissance Art
was to
teach us about women and the Art of Love.
People talk more about the memory of
Love,
rather than living Love.
To go back to the beginning,
Venus was Eve. The
apple represents Love.
God said …You can have everything but the fruit of this
tree.
Love belonged to God. Love is a gift.
He would have given it to her but
it was not hers to take.
Then God said, if you want it,
go find it and we’ve
been searching ever since.
To love is higher than to be loved.
We have a
fountain, which if opened, pours out of us.
We are at our highest when we truly
love,
not when we only take”.
