Ford Madox Brown
When I get a moment (glimpse) out of “sleep” -
observing all the laws I am under -
this feeds my desire to work,
as I realize in this moment
I have a choice to be or not to be.
As this student eloquently says,
we must build our own heaven.
No one can do another’s work for them.
When we meet online, face to face,
or read an e-mail from another student or Mervyn,
it is our reminder we are each other’s reminder,
and this place I am in right now
feeds my desire to work
because I must.
