Mervyn said something to the effect 

that often we think it is the soul who is speaking. 

But it’s really the creature in us 

and we don’t even know it. 

I have verified this many times with myself, 

even the nice creature. 

Because of this I’m sitting here right now, 

seeing my creature with its many I’d 

and just holding it 

with some divided attention when I remember. 

It is really a moment to moment, 

second to second thing. 

So grateful because it is helping me separate a little. 

The creature is here 

and it seems like an important warning.
