Silence

Silence...

...And when your cup is empty and your mouth is dry...
it is better to stay silent...
and allow yourself to be filled...
...then your thirst will be quenched
and inspiration will come...
...there is nothing to fear in having nothing to say...

Entering the Space

 Entering the Space...

Lately I have revisited an observation of how when the soul speaks it has a particular frequency, a tone, and it's "message" is direct.  As Mervyn would often say ... "Call it what it is!"  When hearing expression from another's inner world it evokes my inner world to the forefront.  For students who are open to this energy and able to accept and digest it my observation is that when the "expression" comes from the soul it lands on the soul, and when the "words" come from a feature, it lands on a feature.  It becomes more apparent to me that when we meet in this sacred space gifted to us by the gods, that the features truly have no place here and can only serve to lower the hydrogens.  So I am reminded that when I enter this space with fellow students to make the effort to remain pure of the creature, keeping the features at bay (or at least silent) and to speak only what comes from the inner world.  This is a way we can be in service to our inner worlds, each other's inner worlds ... and the gods.

On Love

On Love...

I know it is important to Love.

This is what opens the core of what we are.

We cannot Love alone.

It is something which is in us and it must flow

outward.

It is nice if we are loved, but true ecstasy is to

quietly close our eyes and we can soar on Love.

Love is the fuel that takes us to our highest limits.

To Know, Understand and Be

To Know, Understand and Be...

To know, understand and Be in one's Essence ... is a great servant to the inner world.  The more "true personality" is developed ... the more impressions can reach essence ... and growth can occur.  Most often Essence is in a stage similar to a new born baby ... just like the Soul.  It seems that right work is that there is a balance ... and that as one becomes more real ... essence grows and the soul grows simultaneously together.

Staying the Course

 Staying the Course...

When the Captain of a ship sets sail he has to make numerous adjustments for the buffeting of the waves and winds. Just like us with the machine. Imagine if a Captain started kicking the hull of the ship because it was off course. All he has to do is adjust and fix the course, and the more he does it, the better. So don’t kick the ship; don’t blame the wind and the sea. Set sail and steer as best you can the ship you happen to be sailing in right now. It is the only one you are going to get.
