Recently I have been finding old memories surfacing in a different way, more REAL ... and as I look at them, and digest the new understandings, it becomes a form of purification of my mind and heart ... As I see things more clearly, I also see the need to perhaps heal old wounds, or clear old accounts … and in this process I am also lifted by beautiful realizations I had lost.
