Let us simply stay in this moment now,
observe the light around you,
the objects,
everything simply as it is in this moment.
If we were painters,
or any kind of artist this is how you begin.
It is the same with Self remembering.
We are simply here,
like a shaft of light that can enter into a room.
Who would notice?
Yet, as the journal mentions,
when the soul and machine are in balance
we can observe and notice,
begin to allow what is really and truly “US” to emerge.
