Cesare Sesto, copy of Da Vinci's Leda and the Swan. c. 1505 (Da Vinci's original was lost.)
Love ~Detachment ~ Grace
According to legend, the god Zeus came to Leda in the form of a swan,
and she bore two sets of twins from him.
In this beautiful interpretation of Da Vinci's original painting,
we see Leda embracing her Swan (her god, her Soul) on her left.
On her right, we see her looking down at her "children", the fruits
of her life in the physical world.

Leda looks at the things that her machine (body/mind)
has produced
in the physical world on her right side with a Loving, eternally
contented gaze. However she clings on her left to her Soul,
her Love, her god, the thing that made her physical creations possible.

God, please help me to cling to you and to my Soul
as I gaze upon the fruits of my machine
which you have created
with acceptance,
Love,
detachment,
and
grace.
