The Ingredient of Love...



We must remember not just to be present,  but to ask and add the ingredient of Love. It exists within us all ,we are all the same. Our bodies, faces, features, etc are an illusion dividing us.

If at times you find yourself being bombarded by I's and you want to stay in that place of beauty and serenity called your soul, pretend you are invisible really it works just disappear from yourself.

This work is not for the fainthearted.

We stand united in the face of our trials. Now, we are building a beautiful road to God.

Let us enjoy this consruction, and be able to welcome the next set of new arrivals with pure hearts and pure intentions.

Transformation



Part of the work is to refine, clean, the machine (mind/body). The other point is to desire inner changes. There's a loss and a gain when transformation takes place. However, the loss is something that's really not a loss, but a transference of energies. But our machine likes some of the old ways because it is what it is used to.

My Inner Work...



When I think of my inner work . I am best served when I remember to love myself. The sooner I am in touch with my own warts and blemishes, the sooner I am able to accept myself for who I am, the sooner I am able to forgive myself.  Until I fully embrace forgiveness I can’t embrace compassion. Compassion then delivers acceptance and forgiveness of others. Their warts and blemishes are no different than my own. This perpetual circle allows peace within.

Back to the Roots...



Lately, I have a strong I to come back to the rooted concepts of being in the Work; diving into the starting point, the essence of it... sometimes reaching a point where new angles and verifications unveil old ones, creating a new prescription of the lenses of my machine.  These lenses, of course, are in the five senses, seeing, hearing, tasting, smelling, touching.  A new prescription makes the colors more vibrant, the sounds more alluring, the tastes much more satisfying, the smells more fragrant and the touch more electrified.  An enhanced state of being that eliminated the feeling of duality and evokes Oneness. We are in the physical world yet we have the ability to visit the "unknown regions".  That is where Oneness lies.  Even if we can get there for a split second, that taste can fuel the desire for a lifetime.

The Rose Outside My Door...





It was a rose outside my door that caught me unawares a few days ago, that entered a place in my inner world. Its scent inspired, its gentle beauty opened my heart. Sometimes the body can be like a man clinging to his coat to keep out the cold. The outerworld takes presidence, we feel we have to protect ourselves. This lifting of the 'cloak' and the warm rays that met my soul was a wonderful moment.
