if used in the right way, 

can be the knight of the inner world. 

A servant. 

My instinctive center 

can also be aware 

when the hydrogens are going low. 

And sometimes 

I can use that part 

to serve the Higher energies 

that are always present.

We can ring a clear tone 

and the octave is 

that striking the ‘do’ of our work 

and we must share with others 

is Mervyn's instructions to us. 

What comes to me now 

in this metaphor of the tone of the bell 

(our note if you will) - 

how loud is it? 

Is its volume, 

amplitude, 

and reaching out in vibration?

Regarding about revealing 

or hiding our inner world in life, 

the metaphor of holding our inner life, 

our Presence, 

like a baby comes to mind. 

This has been shared at other meetings 

and I find it so perfect. 

How our inner world must be protected 

and with us AT ALL TIMES. 

Like a mother holding her infant, 

she carries it with her at all times 

in whatever she is doing. 

And in doing this, 

it is always with us. 

I see no reason 

to IMPOSE the WORK on others. 

Hopefully, by our being and presence, 

it will come through.

And by doing that, 

our inner world is strong, 

stable, glowing. 

If others see that and are pierced, 

they will come to us with any questions.
