When I Am...

When I am truly present 

to what I long to transform in myself, 

I have verified that there comes a time 

when I can pass this process on to my subconscious mind, 

to help me work on it “behind the scenes,” so to speak. 

I may not always do this actively.

 This may simply flow seamlessly 

from the work of bringing conscious observation 

to something in me 

which has a negative grip on my life.

 

Dreams can also point out a change in me 

which I have missed. 

My waking self may need a moment to catch up. 

Because my subconscious mind 

has already integrated this change, 

it becomes my herald. 

In a recent dream 

I was able to experience this, 

and upon waking, 

I could finally let go of something 

which has been vexing me for years. 

My dream gave me a better view 

of who I am right now, 

what I value most, and what no longer matters.

What A Reminder...

 

What a reminder for us, 

what we receive is not ours until we pass it along. 

Mervyn would say to me 

to add something that has been with me 

when having I's or hearing the I's of others: 

'What is behind?’ 

Look for what is behind. 

And that takes an effort 

I have verified for my mechanics, 

to listen in another way.

Well, my friends, 

I truly feel that every day 

the work tells me to renew 

and see what rises to the surface. 

I allow for it to be and be seen, 

and then what stage of the processes might it relate to.

El Llamado y la Máquina

"Primero, 'RECUERDA TU SER' (o 'RECUÉRDATE A TI MISMO')!

Haz un inventario de quién eres, 

ve y observa que no eres más que un 

ser débil y una máquina o criatura de 

estímulo-respuesta. ¿Quién eres y qué has hecho 

para merecer esta Alta Llamada que viene de arriba?

Los Dioses te han invitado y atraído a 

una vida de perfección, y sin embargo, 

tu alma duda en responder. 

¡Qué lento, qué perezoso!

Ahora mismo, criatura miserable, 

vigila a tu enemigo: TÚ MISMO. 

No caigas en la trampa de rasgos como 

la Vanidad, y no te creas mejor que los demás

solo porque vives la Vida Solitaria y 

estás siendo llamado a cosas superiores. 

Muy por el contrario: a menos que prestes 

atención a lo que te está llamando, puedes 

volverte más miserable que aquellos 

en las etapas anteriores.

Ahora debes ser humilde ante lo que 

te está invitando, que no es otra cosa 

que la propia Influencia C.  Los Reyes de Reyes 

han descendido con humildad hasta ti 

y a tu nivel. Te han elegido graciosamente 

de entre el rebaño para ser Especial y 'Divino'.

Debes alimentarte de su dulce amor y 

sabiduría, deleitándote 

en un anticipo de la Consciencia o el Cielo, 

que es tu herencia.

Por lo tanto, te insisto, avanza rápidamente, 

mira hacia adelante, no hacia atrás. 

Siente lo que te estás perdiendo y, 

por favor, no te contentes con lo que 

has logrado hasta la fecha. A medida 

que despiertes más, toda tu vida debe 

ser guiada por un deseo de acercarte, 

de unirte con los Dioses. Este anhelo crecerá 

en el Alma, alimentado por la belleza, 

tus esfuerzos y la asistencia de los Dioses, 

todo lo cual debe ser aceptado por ti.

Pero ten cuidado, en este punto los 

Dioses no tolerarán rivales, reales o imaginarios. 

No buscan nada más que a ti solo. 

Su Voluntad es que seas pasivo y 

les permitas dejar Su huella en la cera. 

Es esencial en este punto que estés 

bien experimentado en repeler los 

ataques del enemigo, ya que 

debes proteger este estado con vigilancia. 

Si estás dispuesto y eres capaz de 

permanecer aquí, solo tienes que 

pedirlo, y los Dioses vendrán a ti.

Por lo tanto, toma posesión de 

ti mismo e inténtalo con todo tu Ser; 

los Dioses te están esperando y 

están siempre listos para servirte.

The Calling & The Mechanics

First, "REMEMBER YOURSELF"! 

Take stock of who you are, see and observe 

that you are a weakling and a stimulus 

response machine or creature; 

Who are you and what have you 

done to deserve this high calling from above. 

The Gods have invited and attracted 

you to a life of perfection 

and your soul hesitates in response; 

how sluggish; how slothful!

Right now, wretched creature, 

keep an eye on your enemy, YOURSELF. 

Don't fall into the trap of features 

like Vanity and think yourself better 

than others because you are living 

the Solitary life and are being called 

to higher things. Quite the contrary: 

unless you heed, what is calling to you, 

you may become more wretched than 

those at the earlier stages. 

Now you should be humble in the face 

of what is beckoning you none other than 

C Influence itself. The Kings of Kings 

have in humility stepped down to you 

and your level. They have graciously chosen you out 

of the flock to be Special and "Godlike".  

You are to feed on their sweet love and wisdom, 

delighting in a foretaste of Consciousness 

or Heaven, which, is your inheritance.

So, I urge you, go on quickly, look ahead, 

not behind. Sense what you are missing out on 

and please do not be content with what 

you have achieved to date. As you awaken further 

your whole life must be guided by a desire 

to become closer, at one with the Gods. 

This longing will grow in the Soul 

fed by beauty, your efforts, and assistance 

from the Gods, all of which must be 

accepted by you. But be warned, at this point 

the Gods will tolerate no rivals, real or imaginary. 

They seek‑nothing other than you alone. 

Their Will is that you should be passive 

and allow them to place their imprint on the wax. 

It is essential at this point that you are 

well experienced in warding off enemy attacks, 

as you must guard this state vigilantly. 

If you are willing and able to remain here 

you need only ask and the Gods will come to you.

Lay hold of yourself therefore and 

try with all your Being; the Gods are waiting 

for you and are ever ready to serve you.

Pieces of Mosaic

This week I made an aim to notice and accept "What is" 

whether inside or outside of me, but at the same time 

to make every effort to ask for higher help. 

In these last weeks, I felt like each cell, "inside and out", 

as if a piece of a mosaic, vibrating and separate 

from one another - but with a desire to come together, 

like magnets drawn, pulled by an invisible energy 

existing between them, the spaces. Each moment of 

self-remembering, presence, making that "Space" alive 

-as this boy is making the space alive around him 

with his gift of a voice.

They are the opposites that combined with

God make a trinity that can be Magic. 

(Magic only works if you believe in it). 

One must learn to survive in the Realms of Love.  

Heaven is a state not just a word.

Have you ever been awakened by a kiss from a God? 

If you do, you had better serve [the love] or 

[the love] will not save you from the dangerous beasts out there.  

Love must be served or it will turn against you. 

We must start at the bottom and relearn everything again.

The Little Light in Bell Towers

St. Paul's Church

I pass this church, now a meditation center, many times a day.

It's the open tower that catches my heart. 

and all the towers like this that I see as I’m walking and driving.

Open(bell) towers feels like a metaphor of the soul, 

still sheltered in the body but also open to the air and sky 

- the spirit. The small light inside me, that has been here 

before it was captured in this body. 

This little light 

that searches for Light that wants to emerge 

from the dark interior of the creature to the top, 

to be connected with the Light.

It reminds me to be present and to go a little deeper. 

It reminds me that there is a light within me, 

that is sustained by every effort that is 

made to give it air – a little breath of space from 

my i's and noise so that it can join my life.
