If We are Aware...

If we are aware of creating no more darkness but light 

we will have a 'lighter work'.

This can happen only in Presence

when we are the Soul

that thinks and speaks and acts through the Heart.

If we are present to each new spoken word and action

we will grow faster.

Lately I Have Been Experimenting...

Lately I have been experimenting with a work idea

that if changes happen in our lives,

or if we need to do things that are unpleasant for our mechanics,

to will it. That is, whatever we are finding difficult,

not only to accept the difficulties but to "will" whatever is happening,

so in effect we are embracing the changes. 

It isn't easy,

because my mechanics resist this,

but when I do "will" whatever is happening much of the friction disappears.
