With Understanding and Love...
I am sitting here today
feeling that I have nothing to eliminate,
nothing to say or share,
and my Inner World
is so peaceful.
I guess for now that's fine
because there is always a time,
right after doing
so much emptying,
that we should be grateful
for the whole of the process
we are in and ask
to be filled again
with understanding
and
Love.
