I have verified so many times in my life -
that if we have the right third force,
we will be able to finish the octaves we have started,
but without a sufficiently motivating third force,
this will be extremely difficult.
In this context I have observed Mervyn and others,
and when an octave has been initiated by their higher centers,
they are able to do
what would have been impossible
if the same octave had been initiated by their machines.
