Becoming...
We are all in the state of becoming....We need each other to do this Work.....I think it is so important that we not dismiss one another or eliminate a student because of the friction they give us. Intervals are part of the process....sometimes a student can have a bad month, or week or year...This of course does not mean we can make excuses for our mechanics..As long as valuation is not lost and crime is not committed.... So be it...the interval will pass...it's part of becoming...
