It's Very Easy...

It's very easy 

to see how someone else 

is in imagination & fascination. 

A practice I've been using is to say to myself: 

"so that's how it looks". 

Then I'm not in judgement - 

but turns it into understanding. 

AND I've noticed 

that when a part of me is in imagination & fascination, 

another part of me (the higher) 

is witnessing this. 

Also a bit uncomfortable

as the soul/higher 

wants to emerge but is having difficulty.
