Meher Baba suggests
to look at the Sky or the Ocean
during prayer and Meditations,
to perhaps taste “Unity” with the Beloved.
I also remember Mervyn saying
that Unity was above Love.
There are no opposites any more,
just a beautiful Union.
We are part of the work of a great Harmony
and I deeply feel that each of us
is a part of the fabric pointing
towards this goal.
It is the hope and faith
held in the Dark beyond all opposites.
It is pure inspiration and the seamless wonder
of “Just wanting to Give” from within,
with no reward.
As St John says,
In the Dark Night of The Soul
“bright flows the River of God”.
