Our Sacred Trinity: Body, Soul, and Spirit In this workshop, we will discuss how to integrate body, soul, and spirit. What are the differences between the soul and the spirit, and how we can get access to our higher self? We will begin with a meditation and visualization exercise in order to recognize from within an experience of each of these three aspects of our being. Then we will explore how they can be unified into a rich experience of our higher selves. This workshop will be led by Coral de la Vega. Coral de la Vega is a renowned meditation teacher based in Mexico. She has been a member of the Academy for over 20 years and is a director of the Mexico City Center.
