Change

Love Among the Ruins by Edward Burne Jones

I travelled to a part of New York State that was beginning to change with the seasons. Trees were gold and red and orange. I took five walks in the span of twenty-four hours. Each time i walked, it was with the intention of Being in the moment.
To feel and breathe the cold air...to be Present to the gorgeous colors that nature was eliminating. And it occurred to me, that all I saw was change.
