The Soul Grows by Giving it Away

Dearest Sisters and Brothers,

Recent words from Caroline’s email have resounded within,

“The soul grows by giving it away.” To the mind, this makes
no sense.  How could something grow by giving it away?
The life of the soul is not of this tangible visible world,
but lives in an invisible space – beyond what the eye can see.
In Theory of Eternal Life Rodney Collins writes,
“For it must be that everything there (soul) is absolutely
the reverse and contrary of all we know here (body).
Even the concept of time in the invisible world moves
backwards, Rodney answers, “How could it be otherwise?”

Our inner world is like a garden.  Our Judeo-Christian holidays

of Passover and Easter during springtime  herald a rebirth
of the planting of seeds and growth for our soul.
From the seeds, blossom the fruit of our labors.
One of the seeds from Mervyn’s work was his message
of higher love, which he called amorology. His words,
‘Love each other in my name,” resonate with the messages
that come from conscious beings before him.

I’ve verified the wonderful messages, lessons and tools

I’ve received in our school are strengthened within me
when I share it with others – invisibly.  In our Work,
the principle we learn is external consideration of others –
whether it be a smile, an ear to listen, or a myriad of ways
to serve others.  Faith combined with good works
enliven our inner work and world.

“Our work is to realize conscious harmony. First in oneself

individually, then in one’s group. Then gradually between
groups and so projected indefinitely out in the world.
Individually we must realize harmony between all our functions,
all our interests, all our duties, all sides of our life -
dedicating the harmonious whole to God and to the Work.
That is what our studies are preparing us for.
They have no other purpose.”

~ The Theory of Conscious Harmony, Rodney Collin

The gifts of love and thanksgiving we receive in our hearts

from above must be shared –
and in this way, that is how our garden grows.

Wishing you a blessed Holiday season.
Love,
Lauren
