Free Online Workshop: Monday, March 16th - 7:30 PM (CST) Desire and the Law of Three
Join us for a fascinating look into this foundational principle of transformation and how understanding it can invite meaningful change. The Law of Three, a Fourth Way teaching found echoed in many spiritual traditions, reveals a powerful principle of transformation. Desire sets change in motion, resistance shapes and defines it, and through their interaction, a third force emerges — the force that makes real transformation possible. Let’s explore how this dynamic operates in our lives and how understanding it can open the door to meaningful change. *Jenny Holloway has been a member of the Academy for over 20 years and has served as the Director of the Illinois Center. *Banner photo by June Nho Ivers

Albuquerque, NM - In Person Workshop - Saturday, March 28th - Waking the Heart
The pathway towards awakening wends its way through the depths of our hearts. But our glimpses of heart are fleeting. Join us to explore how to wake the heart and keep it open, through the powerful avenues of poetry, music, imagery and text. If one learns to listen to heart, it will tell one things so clearly—what must be done, what must not be done, the real nature of people and places and things. Only it speaks so quietly, so subtly, and immediately a flood of reactions, explanations, excuses, theories have swamped it, and we do not even recognise it speak. Only listening carefully to what it wants to say, and remaining still until it has spoken, one cannot really do the wrong thing. ~ Rodney Collin, from The Theory of Conscious Harmony, Chapter on Heart *Jennie Hansen is a professional musician and writer who has studied philosophy for 22 years and has been a Director of the Los Angeles Center of the Academy. *Banner Image: Mary Magdalene by He Qi (c.2012)
