SOULS' BREAKFAST - Day Thirty-two

The Judgment of Solomon, by Raphael
The Journey to Jerusalem represents the journey inwards. It was King Solomon (Shlomo) who was able to reach the internal level of a temple in Jerusalem –  completion or wholeness.
King Solomon offers this, almost begging us to follow his teachings towards a growth of soul and spirit:
Proverbs 3
“My son, do not forget my teachings
And let your heart keep my commands
For length of days and long life and peace they will add to you…
Happy is the man who finds wisdom
And the man who gains understanding
For her proceeds are better than the profits of money
And her gain than fine gold
She is more precious than pearls
And all things you may desire cannot compare with her….
Her ways are ways of pleasantness and all her paths are peace."

1000's of years later… remains of his temple are at the heart of Jerusalem (1937) and remains of his wish for us is in our hearts.
